Dr. Leslie Soiles founded New England Hearing Instruments in 1996. As a Doctor of Audiology, she has worked with Ear, Nose and Throat Physicians for the first 20 years of her career.
Dr. Soiles was born with hearing loss and utilizes amplification, and therefore has insights into hearing aid use that her patients find valuable. This personal experience with hearing loss, coupled with her professional experience, inspired her to create a different kind of hearing services practice. Dr. Soiles believes that an informed decision is a good decision. At New England Hearing Instruments, the patient is provided with detailed information and education relating to their hearing loss and their options.
Dr. Soiles earned her Au.D. Doctorate in Audiology from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in 2006, her M.S. in Audiology from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 1985 and a B.S. in Communication Disorders from Worcester State University in 1982. She was born and raised in Lincoln, RI. She is the mother of one son and 2 daughters. She and her husband have made Worcester their home since they married in 1982.

Tara Noyes graduated from Northeastern University with her Doctorate in Audiology. She joined the New England Hearing Instruments team in January of 2013. She has expertise in identifying hearing loss and finding the most appropriate hearing solutions for our patients. Dr. Noyes believes that the more a person understands their hearing loss, the better they are able to make good choices about their hearing needs.
Dr. Noyes grew up in the Wachusett area and resides with her husband and 2 young children in the Worcester area.
